Scheduling requirements include 12-hour shifts with call rotations. No floating is allowed within the organization. The unit performs intubations; however, anesthesia leads this procedure. Preferred certifications include CCRN and CAPA. Navy blue scrubs are required as the uniform. Great teamwork is emphasized in the unit culture.
