Your expertise will encompass comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care within a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a skilled group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions while prioritizing holistic care. Ensure that patients' physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will report to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift.
