Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Charleston, West Virginia. Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift; valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only); a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience; educational requirements consistent with current nursing standards; West Virginia nursing license required; no minimum experience listed for this role.

• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, and participates in multidisciplinary team conferences. Maintains open communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and training needs. May assume charge nurse responsibilities following orientation.
