Operating Room (OR) RN – Level I Trauma
Contract Details
- Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours:72 hours biweekly (40 hours/week)
- Start: ASAP (approximately 4 weeks for compliance)
- No Local Travelers: Must live 50+ miles from the facility
Schedule
- Day/Evening Rotation
- 2 × 8-hour shifts + 2 × 12-hour shifts per week
- Up to 2 weekends/month (working or on-call)
- Short call: Once weekly (3 AM–7 AM or 5 PM–9 PM)
- Weekend/Holiday Call: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
- On-call response time: 30 minutes

- Performs bariatric, neuro, orthopedic trauma, spine, plastic reconstruction, robotic, kidney, and liver transplant procedures
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License (required at submission)
- BILH Coversheet required
- IVS interview with offer
- Interview availability must be provided at submission
- All RTO requests must be submitted with the application
