Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in WATERBURY, Connecticut. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a level I or level II trauma center setting. Candidates with OR RN experience and familiarity with orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures are preferred. Flexible scheduling options are available, with weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating room settings, experience in a level I or level II trauma center, and orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedure experience. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut.
• Preferred Qualifications: OR Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a trauma or complex surgical environment; AORN certification is preferred.
• Additional Information: Scheduling options are flexible. On-call duties are required on weekdays and weekends. Experience in orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries is highly valued.
