Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Tyler, Texas. This position involves providing high-quality perioperative care within a busy surgical unit. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during surgical procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), minimum of 2 years of OR Nursing experience, current license in Texas or a compact state, and experience with orthopedic, general, neurological, vascular, or urological surgeries.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DaVinci robotic surgeries, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic surgeries is a bonus.
- Additional Information: Shifts are 10 hours with a rotating day off; call requirements are minimal, typically 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks. Candidates must have all necessary licenses in hand and complete onboarding modules within 48 hours of contract signing.
