Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RN license (must be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience
• Experience with both pediatric and adult surgical patients (pediatric OR and adult OR)
• Current PALS certification
• Proven ability to perform scrub and circulating nurse duties
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills in fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in the operating room
• Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties during a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe, organized OR environment
• Participate in pre-op and post-op assessments and effective handoffs
