The operating room (OR) nursing professional is sought for a travel assignment at a healthcare facility in Lone Tree, Colorado. This role involves working in the main operating room unit, with a focus on trauma, vascular/hybrid, and neuro procedures. - Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year current acute care operating room registered nurse experience. Robotics experience is highly preferred and will be prioritized. Experience with Meditech or CPN electronic medical records is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Robotics experience and prior experience at large trauma operating room facilities are considered advantageous.
- Schedule: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 36 hours per week minimum.
- Additional Information:
- Staffing includes 1 Charge Registered Nurse, 1 Trauma RN, and 1 Trauma Tech on day shift.
- Night shift comprises 1 RN, 1 Tech, 2 RN on-call, and 2 Techs on-call.
- Patient ratios are estimated at 1:1 or 1:2 but are not guaranteed.
- Procedures include vascular/hybrid, trauma, and neuro surgeries.
- On-call duties require a 30-minute response time, scheduled from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no overnight on-call required.
- Candidate must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and be a team player.
