Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) El Paso, Texas. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting, supervising staff, and supporting the facilitys mission to deliver high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role requires collaboration with the clinical team to ensure patient safety and proper resource management.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current credentials for operating room practice, and at least 0 years of experience in perioperative nursing.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in surgical or perioperative care is advantageous.
  • Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The RN will supervise staff, delegate appropriate care, and support the clinical nurse leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care, with a focus on patient safety, clinical competency, and resource management.
