    Job Title

    Travel RN – Operating Room (4x10's - Days)

    Winchester, Virginia

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | On-Call Required (6–8 calls per month, including potential weekends)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room setting
    • Perform scrub and/or circulating roles across a range of surgical specialties including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, trauma, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, and thoracic surgery
    • Accurately document patient care activities and surgical information using the EPIC EMR system
    • Adhere to facility dress code, wearing blue scrubs per policy
    • Participate in on-call rotation, including potential weekend on-call coverage (6–8 calls per month)
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
    • Active RN license in Virginia or a valid Compact State license
    • Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
    • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR (required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience across multiple surgical specialties, including robotics, trauma, orthopedics, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, or thoracic surgery
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a high-volume surgical services environment
