Contract | Days | Onsite

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a hospital operating room setting
• Demonstrate proficiency across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, and gynecology
• Operate DaVinci robotic surgical systems in support of minimally invasive procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating roles as required by the unit
• Document patient care accurately using an electronic medical records system
• Participate in on-call and holiday coverage as required by unit needs

• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, and gynecology
• Proficiency in operating DaVinci robotic surgical systems
• Active Iowa RN license or active Compact/Multistate RN license at time of submission
• Active AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active AHA or ARC Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 3 months of current travel nursing experience within the previous 18 months (first-time travelers will not be considered)

• Experience and proficiency in urology and podiatry surgical specialties
• EPIC EMR charting experience
• Scrub experience in the operating room setting
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
