Key Responsibilities- Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment handling 30–40 cases per day across 11 suites
- Scrub and circulate on a wide variety of surgical cases including neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, GYN, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
- Operate and assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing the DaVinci system
- Collaborate with the charge nurse, manager, and surgical team to maintain patient safety and efficient OR workflow
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR
- Float to additional units as required per departmental needs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Trauma OR experience required
- Demonstrated experience scrubbing surgical cases
- Robotics experience with the DaVinci system required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience across multiple surgical specialties including thoracic, vascular, and plastics
- Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced OR environments
