    Travel RN – Main Operating Room, Nights (4x10)

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift, 4x10 (Scheduled between 1900–0700) | 36 Weekly Guaranteed Hours | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
    • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of care.
    • Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
    • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate care in conjunction with other departments.
    • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information at all times.
    • Function within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice and the Missouri Nurse Practice Act.
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RN license; must meet criteria for eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri.
    • Minimum 2 years of Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience (teaching hospital experience will be considered).
    • Experience as both a Scrub and OR Circulator.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only.
    • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required from November 1 through April 1; declinations are not accepted.
    • Must be available for day shift orientation during the first week of assignment.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Level 1 Trauma experience with multiple years of OR practice.
    • Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, including DaVinci systems.
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
    • Highly motivated, self-starting personality with strong human relations and communication skills.
