Key Responsibilities- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Provide nursing care for outpatient surgery and infusion patients with a patient ratio of 3:1
- Administer and monitor infusion medications including blood, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics; perform some titrations
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Iowa RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required
- ACLS certification through AHA required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Experience / Skills- CNOR certification preferred
- Experience with infusion therapy and medication titrations
- Prior travel nursing experience welcome; first-time travelers accepted
