Position Overview
Conflux Systems is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Rockford, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy surgical team and work with a variety of surgical specialties.
Schedule
- Shift Options:
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotational call required
Responsibilities
- Circulate during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques
- Monitor and document patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards
