Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting within a Level I Trauma facility
- Perform scrub and circulate roles as required by the OR team
- Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
- Float to GI unit or an affiliated surgery center as directed by staffing needs
- Fulfill scheduled weekend, holiday call, and holiday work obligations per the 6-week block schedule
Required Qualifications- Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact license required at time of submission
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, including at least 2–3 years in a Level I Trauma environment
- Experience with Liver and Kidney surgical cases required
- Trauma Certification required
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Scrub and circulate experience in the Operating Room strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred
