Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite | Every 3rd Weekend Required (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities- Scrub and circulate in the Operating Room across a variety of surgical services
- Float between multiple affiliated facilities and service lines within the main OR as needed
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for complex cases including cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomies, and spinal procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and Level I Trauma standards
Required Qualifications- Active, valid RN state license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience
- Experience with cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomy, and spinal cases required
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Level I Trauma certification required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to both scrub and circulate required
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma Level I course and certificate preferred
- Experience with orthopedic fracture cases is a plus
