Contract | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:30) with possible night shift rotation (19:00–7:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment with a predominant focus on Neuro cases
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including general, bariatric, colorectal, oncology, orthopedic, and neurological procedures
Support DaVinci robotic-assisted surgical cases as required
Participate in weeknight call coverage averaging 1–2 nights per week
Participate in weekend call coverage approximately every 4–5 weeks (24-hour Saturday or Sunday call, approximately 1–2 days per month)
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or a pending Nebraska RN state license
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
Current BLS certification
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Experience with the following case types: Lap chole, Lap appy, Ex lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, and DaVinci cases
Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates are not accepted); first-time travelers are not accepted
