Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
- Assist surgical team during operative procedures in the scrub and/or circulating role
- Monitor patient status and maintain safety standards within the operating room environment
- Fulfill on-call obligations, including one night per week and one out of every six weekends
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an operating room or perioperative setting
- Ability to meet on-call requirements as outlined
Preferred Experience / Skills- CNOR certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in both scrub and circulating roles
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
