Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
Assist surgical team during operative procedures in the scrub and/or circulating role
Monitor patient status and maintain safety standards within the operating room environment
Fulfill on-call obligations, including one night per week and one out of every six weekends
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in an operating room or perioperative setting
Ability to meet on-call requirements as outlined
Preferred Experience / Skills
CNOR certification or willingness to obtain
Experience in both scrub and circulating roles
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
