Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered in the operating room setting
- Monitor and support competency of clinical staff under supervision
- Manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing setting
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs in a surgical environment
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with staff supervision and clinical delegation
- Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles in the OR
