Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory surgery setting throughout the perioperative continuum
Assist with preoperative patient assessment, preparation, and education
Circulate or scrub in operating room procedures as assigned
Monitor patient status intraoperatively and communicate changes to the surgical team
Facilitate safe patient recovery and discharge in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in operating room or ambulatory surgery nursing
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
CNOR certification or equivalent perioperative nursing credential
Experience in a high-volume ambulatory surgery or outpatient surgical environment
