Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient surgical/operating room setting
- Assist surgical teams before, during, and after operative procedures
- Monitor and assess patient condition throughout the perioperative process
- Maintain a safe, sterile surgical environment in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact licensure
- Experience in an inpatient surgical or operating room environment
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Availability to work weekends as needed
