Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Shifts available: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM or 9:00 AM–9:30 PM; night shift option 9:00 PM–7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities- Provide perioperative nursing care across a 16-suite operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day
- Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, and Robotics cases
- Participate in on-call rotation, including weeknight, weekend, and select holiday call coverage (approximately 120 hours per contract), with a 30-minute response time requirement
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with OR technicians, charge nurses, and house supervisors to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations
- Float within the designated zone only in cases of extreme staffing need
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado
- Trauma and Neurology surgical experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Must be available and present in state for the full week of facility orientation
- Must reside within 60 miles of the facility; valid driver's license required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience across multiple OR specialties including Spine, Orthopedics, and Robotics
