    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Operating Room

    Location

    Charleston, SC

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (10:30 AM – 11:00 PM) | On-Call Required | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Scrub and circulate surgical procedures across a wide range of specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center operating room environment with 21 OR suites
    • Participate in on-call coverage, including up to two call shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on Saturdays or Sundays per month
    • Fulfill weekend shift requirements of up to one working weekend shift every four weeks
    • Work at least one designated holiday period as assigned
    • Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
    • BLS certification required
    • Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
    • Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Scrub experience in an operating room setting strongly preferred
    • Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
    • Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties including robotics and transplant
