Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze comprehensive patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, issues, and expected outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
- Systematically evaluate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice in alignment with professional standards
- Integrate research findings and ethical provisions into all areas of practice
- Comply with policies, procedures, and protocols related to hyperacute and acute stroke care, including required annual cerebrovascular disease education
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Montana Registered Nurse licensure
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
- Ability to work variable shifts, including call coverage
Preferred Experience / Skills- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in an operating room setting
- Minimum of 1 year of scrub experience in an operating room setting
