Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro/ENT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required License: Current state RN license Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Experience with major cases including Lap chole, Lap appy, Ex lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, and DaVinci cases. - DaVinci experience highly preferred. - Oncology, Ortho, and Neuro experience highly preferred. - Must have experience with Craniotomy with Aneurysms and Craniotomy with Tumor. Description: Operating Room Registered Nurse position available. Day shift with possible night shift rotation. Weeknight call requirements average 1-2 nights per week. Weekend call requirements approximately every 4-5 weeks, with 24 hours required either Saturday or Sunday. Experience in a 100% nicotine-free facility is a necessity. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. Local candidates will not be accepted; candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The position requires adherence to health and safety protocols. Only candidates who have not traveled previously will be considered. Candidate must be able to handle the physical demands of the role. Experience with EPIC charting is required. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and comfort. Collaboration with medical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes is expected.
