Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures.
Patient Population

Schedule & Call Requirements
- Shift: 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- On-Call: 6–7 shifts per month
- Weekend Call: Every 4th or 5th weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide circulating nurse support during surgical procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile technique in the operating room.
- Prepare the operating room, equipment, and surgical supplies before procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Accurately document patient care using the Cerner EMR system.
