Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours (11:00 - 21:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Registered Nurse License required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Strong eye care skills. Experience with cataract surgery, scleral buckle, vitrectomy, and retinal detachment. Scrubbing experience is a bonus. Description: OR Registered Nurse is needed for an upcoming start date. Candidates must possess strong skills in eye care. Experience should include cataract surgery, scleral buckle, vitrectomy, and retinal detachment procedures. Ability to scrub is highly regarded. The operating room features 26 spacious high-tech suites. Inpatient and outpatient procedures are performed in these rooms. Care is offered to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Services provided include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurosurgery, robotic surgery, vascular surgery, cardiac surgery, and thoracic surgery. On-call responsibilities are required. The position may involve four to five shifts per 13-week contract, which can include 12-hour shifts or on-call duties, both day and night.
