Candidates must have experience with ambulatory and general operating room procedures. The role requires responding to emergencies and providing cardiac monitoring. Key procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, and tonsillectomy. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including respiratory services and pharmacy. The work involves floating to nearby facilities as required. Candidates must be willing to be on call up to 2 days a week, including holidays and weekends. Work may involve caring for patients across various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics. References covering experience within the last 3 years are required. Candidates should be prepared to manage a patient load and use specific charting systems. Candidates must show flexibility regarding scheduling and floating requirements.
