Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The candidate will involve the multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in a timely manner. They will communicate and coordinate activities to facilitate efficiency in surgical case progression and turnover between cases. Experience with multiple service lines, including trauma, transplant, neuro, and ortho, is essential. Candidates must be willing to learn, float, and circulate across all service lines. This role requires adaptability and a strong skill set in the following areas: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, a range of hysterectomy techniques, amputations, and various vascular and endovascular surgeries. Knowledge and experience in laparoscopic and trauma cases are critical for this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care throughout all stages of the surgical process.
