Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 15:00 Experience: 2 years required, 5 years preferred License: State or Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CNOR*, PALS*, TNCC* Must-Have: Experience in Orthopedics, DaVinci (General), and Trauma Description: Two openings available for Operating Room Registered Nurses. Contract length is 13 weeks with a shift schedule of 5x8 hours from 06:30 to 15:00. Weekend and weekday call are required. Experience in travel nursing is requested. Charge experience is preferred. Charting experience with a specific system is required. Patient ratios are expected to be 1:1. Candidates should have skills in Ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, Infection control, Trauma, and Universal Protocol. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room setting. The position involves working with diverse patient age groups: adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates should expect to work some holidays. Requests for time off during the first two weeks of the assignment should be kept to a minimum. Candidates should be willing to float to different units as needed, following established policies. Modules are a requirement but are non-billable and recorded through designated training platforms.
