We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a day shift (Fri–Sun block) position in Flagstaff, AZ. This role involves providing direct perioperative care in a Level I Trauma Center with 11 ORs handling high-volume ortho, trauma, spine, and neuro cases (including craniotomies). Ideal for skilled clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
