This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room. The contract is for 13 weeks with a schedule of Monday through Friday. The shifts will be from 07:00 to 15:30. The nurse will be required to participate in call once per week and every fourth weekend. Holiday availability may also be required. Minimal to no requests for time off are accepted. Candidates should be local, as local rates apply. The role may involve floating within the hospital or to nearby facilities. Patients in this unit will encompass a variety of age groups. Candidates must be prepared for a variety of patient diagnoses and special procedures. This position will also involve specific equipment related to the operating room. All modules related to orientation will need to be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
