Cardiovascular (CV):- Requirements: Must be able to circulate CABGs; scrubbing experience is a plus but not required.- Other Cases: TCARS and Carotids.Neuro:- Requirements: Experience with Craniotomies is essential as these are frequent after-hours call cases.- Other Cases: TLIFs, Laminectomies, and Discectomies.Ortho:- Requirements: Ability to handle Ortho trauma, Total Shoulders, Total Knees, Total Hips, and ORIFs.- Equipment: Mako experience is preferred but not necessary.General:- Requirements: Experience with the DaVinci robot for Lap Choles, Colectomies, and Hernias. Must also be proficient in Open Belly and trauma cases.Additional Specialties:- Eyes: Vitrectomies.- Endo: ERCPs, Colonoscopies, and EGDs.- Cysto: Cystoscopies, Stent placements, and TURPs.Special Information: -Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination-May be asked to precept, as needed by the unit Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level:3 Care Shift , 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM + Call evening and weekends.
