We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room (OR) team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The RN will provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
- Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
