Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of OR RN experience License: Valid nursing license Certifications: BLS, EPIC, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience in Level 1 trauma centers Extensive scrub experience Description: Join our team in a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room. We perform a variety of surgeries, including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant. Provide care during surgical procedures. Circulate and scrub, focusing on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases. Work closely with the surgical team. Maintain patient records in EPIC. Preferred experience includes ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns. The daily census includes approximately 45-50 surgical procedures. Candidates must be aware of the urgency of the fingerprinting process. Travelers who are unresponsive or uncooperative with credentialing may be at risk of push or cancellation. Two professional references are required, with at least one from a manager or director. Candidates must have education from an accredited nursing program.
