The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting in maintaining a financially stable unit. Promoting personal development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice is essential. The Registered Nurse supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members. This role involves assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care. The Registered Nurse focuses on patient and family comfort, education, and satisfaction. The educational and professional experiences of the Registered Nurse aid in the delivery of quality care.
