Key Responsibilities of the RN - Operating Room
  • Provide direct patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
  • Manage surgical procedures including Gen Trauma, Ortho Trauma, and Robotic surgeries
  • Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure a safe operating room environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech system

Requirements of the RN - Operating Room
  • Current TNCC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year in a Charge RN role
