Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Must have at least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience with travel, or 3 years of recent Operating Room experience without travel. License: Must have an active RN license in the state or a compact license. Certifications: Certifications as required by the specialty. Must-Have: Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Candidates must have completed at least one travel assignment. Description: The position requires registered nurses with significant recent experience in the operating room. The role may involve call responsibilities, which will be discussed during the interview process. Block scheduling is not guaranteed; candidates should be prepared for potential adjustments based on the manager's needs. The facility will not honor requests for time off that are submitted after the initial application. If assigned during the holiday season, candidates should be willing to work during the recognized holidays. RNs may be floated between like units and campuses within 20 miles, although floating between campuses is rare. Preferred experience includes familiarity with Cerner.
