Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room (OR) team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The RN will provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
- Monitor patient condition during procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
