Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Previous travel experience preferred Must have experience in a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal and gynecologic surgeries. Call participation is required. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room specialty. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting. Previous travel experience is preferred. The role requires participation in call schedules. BLS certification is required. Pending nursing license is acceptable. Experience in a range of surgical skills including but not limited to hysterectomy, appendectomy, and general surgical procedures is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with surgical protocols, infection control, and patient management in the OR setting. The ability to provide support for various surgical cases and float to similar units as needed is expected.
