    Contract (13 or 26 week options available) | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hour weekly options | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to adult progressive surgical, oncology, palliative care, and progressive acute care patients receiving chemotherapy on a 24-bed unit
    • Administer and manage IV drips as required across all floors
    • Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system
    • Float within scope to meet facility staffing needs, including to additional units and an off-site campus as required
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including CNAs, care techs, transport team, and paramedics
    • Adhere to weekend and holiday scheduling requirements, including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period and 2 out of 3 major holidays
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (pending Nebraska RN state license accepted; must be in hand at time of submission to avoid delayed start)
    • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a large, urban hospital setting
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Proficiency with EPIC charting
    • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
    • Must be prepared to float frequently to various units to meet staffing needs
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center
    • Experience caring for oncology, palliative care, or progressive acute care patient populations
    • Familiarity with high-acuity environments and complex patient populations
