Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8-Hour Days, 7:45–17:15) | Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Key Responsibilities- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments to adult oncology and hematology patients in an ambulatory infusion setting
- Manage and monitor central line access throughout the infusion process
- Care for adults (18+) with hematology and medical oncology diagnoses across infusion chairs
- Utilize unit systems including Epic, Pyxis, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for documentation and communication
- Operate ambulatory infusion pumps and coordinate with pharmacy/mixing technicians for medication preparation
- Float between two nearby clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state license
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology-specific nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to administer chemotherapy
- Central line experience required
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health records
- Familiarity with ambulatory or outpatient infusion clinic environments
