Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years of Med Surg and/or Oncology experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - High acuity care experience preferred - Travel experience preferred - Drips administered: Heparin, PCA, and epidural required - Chemotherapy administration (if certified) required Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Orientation to hospital policies and procedures will be provided. Every other weekend and holiday rotation will be required if scheduled. The candidate must have a valid driver's license. A skills checklist must be completed within one year of submission. One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. The candidate must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
