Caring for patients with various diagnoses, including cancers and side-effect management. Candidates should possess skills in managing ports, administering chemotherapy, and supporting patient education. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of infection control and safe handling procedures. The role includes managing IVs, patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Attention to detail is essential, especially in monitoring for adverse reactions and abnormal lab values. This position requires strong communication skills for effective patient and family support.
