Number of Beds: 21 - census only around 8-12 right now.
Staffing Type:
Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3/4 RNs, 1 PCT.
Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3/4 RNs, 1 PCT.
Patient Ratios (Estimated): 1:3/4 flex to 5.
Type of Equipment: Baxter pumps, EMR - Meditech.
Typical Hiring Profile:
Most recruited for: Oncology.
Preferred: Hematology/Oncology background, Chemotherapy certification.
