Supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines. Utilizes critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care. Collects relevant data pertaining to patients' health or situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
