Job Title: Obstetrics Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Obstetrics RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Flexible to days/evenings/nights & weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of OB nursing experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and Labor and Delivery. License: Must have a valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AWHONN Intermediate EFM Certification (required within six [6] months of hire) - AWHONN Advanced EFM Certification (required within six [6] months of hire) - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification (required within six [6] months of hire) - STABLE Certification (within one [1] year of hire) - Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) Certification (within one [1] year of hire) Must-Have: Applicants must meet all experience requirements for consideration. Description: Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start. Housing is very limited. Shared contractor housing only. No pets or family allowed per policy. Nurses will assist during examinations and procedures. They provide comprehensive, family-centered nursing care to mothers and babies during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods. Guidelines include physician orders, standards of care, and nursing policies and procedures. Nursing duties include support to individuals of all ages and their families.
