  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Special Care Nursery and newborn care.
  • Float: No, floating may not be required.
  • Additional Information: The unit is a 25-bed facility, including L&D, postpartum, and newborn nursery areas, with 2 operating rooms and 2 admission rooms. The patient ratio includes 1:2-3 for labor evaluations, 1:1 active labor, and 1:3-4 for postpartum patients. The average daily census ranges from 15 to 25 mothers and babies, with an electronic medical record system in use.
